How to apply: For best results, use a tacky base primer or concealer to insure the loose pigments stay put. Use a matte concealer as a base to prevent patches. Then sprinkle some pigment in the jar’s lid and dip a small shadow brush into the powder and pat product on eyelid. We recommend using a flat, dense brush to apply your pigment with precision and accuracy
